Complaints procedure

The Scheme administrator should be able to resolve any queries you have in connection with the Scheme or your entitlement to benefits. 

However, a formal Internal Disputes Resolution Procedure (IDRP) has been set up for members should you feel that a problem has not been resolved to your satisfaction. Details of the IDRP procedure can be obtained from Clare Caswell, Secretary to the Trustees at Dalriada Trustees.
